Pyracantha Graber's Firethorn

Fast growing, heat-loving, a large evergreen shrub that is mostly used along borders or walls. Showy clusters of lightly fragrant flowers appear on new growth in the Spring. The flowers turn into green berries all summer and then bright red right through the holidays! Graber's Firethorn makes a great safety feature around windows due to thorns. Pyracantha will grow well in most soils with good drainage. They need some trimming during the year to maintain density and shape.
